Screw you, Wal-Mart.
I am a big fan of iTunes and most everything that Steve Jobs has done to allow us to *buy* media in a format that we actually *want* it in. The latest feature that Apple has added to iTunes is the ability to purchase full length, DVD quality movies in a *usable* format. You can burn them to DVD or just keep them on your computer – whatever you like.
Worried about its massive DVD sales, retail behemoth Wal-Mart has told some of Hollywood’s biggest players it will retaliate against them for selling movies on Apple’s iTunes.

Then Wal-Mart decided that they don’t screw enough people in enough ways and are threatening the movie industry about providing those movies to Apple for digital sale. Now, I’ll admit. That is somewhat ironic that the movie (or music) industry could be bullied around but it doesn’t excuse Wal-mart.
