More Suing of Google
John Battelle wrote a book about Google called The Search. Google indexed the book through their Google Book Search service. Now, the publisher is suing Google over it. Battelle does not want to sue Google over his book about them but his publisher (Penguin) is relentless. What the heck? I realize that Penguin is suing Google over more than just Battelle’s book but please, Penguin, step in to the future! Read more here.
