Google Blog Search
Google released their blog search yesterday for the public. Thus far the big player in blog searching has been Technorati. Hopefully, Google does not take out Technorati. I happen to like them!
There are a few other blog search engines out there such as Feedster, Bloglines and a ton of others that someone compiled into a large list here.

Do you know if they will do their regular google bot to check for updates, or are they asking us to ping them? I do not know enough about it yet!

I think that GoogleBot will just be indexing the blogs as usual. I didn’t read anywhere about needing to ping Google on each new post. Maybe that’s a future feature?
