Database Manager
If you’re sick and tired of how slow Sql Enterprise Manager is then you can rest easy - there is an alternative! I had been using Aqua Data Studio on my Mac for some time now but never thought to use it on my PC as well. It is written in Java and it runs on Mac OSX, Windows, Linux, and Sun systems. It’s free for personal and educational use and not very expensive for professional use. If you do anything with database, check it out!

Just wait until SQL Server 2005 this summer. Query Analyzer and EM will knock your socks off, not to mention all the new things they’ve added.
